How It Works
From your inquiry to your car arriving. Every step transparent.
The Process
-
You tell us what you need. Model, specs, destination country. Reach out on WhatsApp or email. No commitment at this stage.
-
We search Grade 5 auctions. 40 years of auction knowledge. We know where the best cars are and when they appear.
-
You see the deal page. Before you pay anything — a full breakdown: auction grade, price, our fee (calculated by formula), shipping estimate, and profit potential for your market.
-
You prepay. We purchase. Full amount upfront. We buy at auction on your behalf. Your capital, our expertise. Zero company capital at risk.
-
Double inspection. Auction grade verified by the auction house. Then our own physical inspection before shipping. Two layers. No shortcuts.
-
Shipping and tracking. Container loaded, Bill of Lading issued. You track the journey. We provide updates at every milestone via WhatsApp.
-
Arrival. Your Grade 5 car arrives at your destination port. All Japan-side documents provided for customs clearance.

Common Questions
What if I want a specific model?
Tell us exactly what you're looking for — make, model, year range, color preference, specs. We search Grade 5 vehicles across all major Japanese auctions. If it exists in Grade 5, we'll find it.
How long does shipping take?
From auction purchase to Bill of Lading is typically 30-45 days. Ocean transit depends on your destination — 2-4 weeks for Southeast Asia, 4-6 weeks for Africa, 4-8 weeks for the Caribbean. We provide tracking at every stage.
What if the car isn't Grade 5 when it arrives?
Every car we ship is verified Grade 5 by the auction house AND inspected by our team before loading. The auction sheet — which you receive — documents the grade. Our 40-year reputation depends on every car we ship.
Can I see the auction sheet?
Yes. Every deal page includes the auction sheet showing the inspector's assessment, grade, and condition notes. Complete transparency — you see exactly what the inspector saw.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer (TT) is our primary payment method. Full prepayment before auction purchase. Payment details are provided after initial inquiry and deal page review.
What if the car has hidden damage not on the auction sheet?
Grade 5 vehicles have minimal wear by definition — the auction house inspector documents every scratch and dent on the auction sheet. On top of that, our team conducts a second physical inspection before shipping. If we find anything that contradicts the auction grade, we flag it immediately and you decide whether to proceed. In 40 years of export, our double inspection has caught what single inspection misses.
What is your returns policy?
Used vehicle export is a one-way transaction — once purchased at auction and shipped, returns are not possible. This is standard across the industry. That's why we invest heavily in the front end: Grade 5 only, double inspection, full auction sheet transparency. You know exactly what you're getting before you pay.
Is marine insurance included?
Yes. Every vehicle we ship includes marine insurance covering transit damage, total loss, and general average. The insurance certificate is part of your documentation package. Coverage is CIF — Cost, Insurance, and Freight — so you're protected from the moment the car is loaded until it arrives at your destination port.
What if shipping is delayed?
Shipping delays happen — weather, port congestion, vessel schedule changes. We provide tracking at every stage via WhatsApp. If there's a delay, you hear about it the same day we do. Typical Japan-to-port timelines: 2-4 weeks for Southeast Asia, 4-6 weeks for Africa, 4-8 weeks for the Caribbean. Our 37-day average from purchase to Bill of Lading is based on real data.
Can I visit your office in Japan?
Yes. Nazli Trading operates from Japan and has for 40 years. Serious buyers and dealers are welcome to arrange a visit. Contact us on WhatsApp to discuss timing and logistics. We can coordinate yard visits, auction observation, and facility tours.
Who handles customs clearance at my end?
We handle everything on the Japan side — export certificate, deregistration, customs declaration, Bill of Lading, and insurance certificate. At your destination, you or your clearing agent handles import customs. We provide all Japan-side documents required for your customs clearance. If you don't have a clearing agent, we can recommend trusted contacts in several countries.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum order. We serve single-car buyers and multi-car dealers equally. Whether you need one Grade 5 Toyota for personal use or twenty vehicles per month for your lot, the same transparent pricing applies. Same formula. Same quality. Same service.
Do you offer bulk order discounts?
For dealers ordering multiple vehicles per month, we offer operational efficiencies that translate to savings — consolidated container shipping, batch processing, and dedicated account management. Contact us on WhatsApp to discuss volume arrangements. The service fee formula stays transparent; savings come from operational scale.
Can I get the auction grade independently verified?
Yes. Every car comes with the original auction sheet documenting the grade assigned by the auction house's professional inspector — an independent third party. You can also request a third-party pre-shipment inspection through services like EAA, JAAI, or other accredited inspection bodies. We welcome independent verification.
What currencies do you accept?
Pricing is in Japanese Yen (JPY). Payment is by bank transfer in JPY. USD equivalent is shown on deal pages for reference at the exchange rate noted. Your bank handles the currency conversion at their rate when you send the transfer.
